1. Download VisionCatering from Microsoft App Source
Your IT administrator adds VisionCatering to your company's Microsoft Office 365 environment via Microsoft App Source Business Apps — Microsoft AppSource and sign up for the VisionCatering solution (free) at this link: https://catering.visionpeople.dk

2. Set up your master data
After that, the administrator can configure settings, such as which locations, meeting rooms, and catering options should be available in each meeting room.

3. User access
In the Office 365 environment, choose which (or all) employees to test VisionCatering. The app then automatically becomes available to these employees when they set up a meeting in Outlook, so they can start booking meals without any additional setup. The meeting catering orders will be displayed on https://catering.visionpeople.dk as meeting catering is ordered from Outlook.

VisionCatering has been developed with a focus on security and complies with all Microsoft standards for enterprise applications. Because the solution is directly integrated into Microsoft 365, it follows the same security protocols that you already use in your organization, and the website with an overview of today's orders can be processed on your own web server.

Data is securely handled and encrypted both during transfer and storage to protect sensitive information. We do not store any necessary user data and all orders are processed directly in your internal system without being shared with external third parties. The company has full control over who has access to VisionCatering in your own system, and the IT administrator can easily manage the rights of the app through the Microsoft admin panel. In addition, single sign-on (SSO) through Microsoft ensures that users do not have to log in with separate accounts, reducing the risk of security breaches. VisionCatering is continuously updated and maintained in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements and other data protection laws, so you can always be sure that your data is handled securely and in accordance with the law.

All employees in a business can use VisionCatering as soon as the app is opt-in from Office 365. All it takes is that the company's Office Administrator has enabled the app through Microsoft AppSource.

Because VisionCaterer is integrated into Outlook, you can order catering without creating a user or similar. Since the user is already in the company's Office tenant, there is no need to create a separate account or log in to an external system. And when Outlook updates to new versions - then the app is automatically compatible with the new version.

VisionCatering is an Office 365 app integrated directly into Microsoft Outlook and makes it easy to book meeting catering while you book a meeting in your Outlook calendar.

It works so easily that when you create a meeting in Outlook, you can select and order catering from your company's kitchen/canteen with a single click on the VisionCatering icon. The order is automatically sent to those responsible and displayed on a screen - and then they take care of the delivery.

At the same time, VisionCatering allows employees to switch on and off the lunch schedule on specific days, so that the kitchen always knows how many people to deliver lunch to.

The subscription depends on your company's number of Office users. The price is 10 DKK per day. Office user for the first 100 users, then 8 DKK per user. Office user after the first 100 users. If the company is over 500 Office users, we lower the price per day. Office user for 6 kr.

Example:
100 Office users = 1.000 kr. /month (100 users * 10 kr.)
200 Office users = 1.800 kr. /month (100 users * 10 kr. + 100 users * 8kr.)

All prices are deducted 5% discount when choosing an annual prepaid subscription (and only after the 30-day free trial period).
